WHAT WE COLLECT
When you contact WPY, apply for consideration or use a private prospect experience, we may collect the information you choose to provide: contact details, business or personal-brand information, website and social links, location, language and form responses.
OPERATIONS AND CRM
We may keep prospect, applicant, communication and project-status records so our team can review submissions, follow up and deliver WPY services. Internal notes and private prospect information are not intended for public display.
SITE AND EVENT DATA
WPY may record limited technical or funnel-event information needed to understand whether important site journeys work. Advertising pixels and similar optional analytics should only be activated after the appropriate configuration and consent approach is in place.
Form submissions may trigger an email notification to WPY so we can respond. We do not sell the personal information you submit.
PAYMENTS
Future payments will be processed by Stripe. WPY will not receive or store raw card details. WPY may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, currency, billing status and renewal information needed to administer the service.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, operations and applicable obligations. No online service can promise absolute security, but access should be limited to authorized WPY team members and service providers.
