TERMS
CLEAR TERMS.NO SURPRISES.
CONCEPTS AND SCOPE
A complimentary homepage direction may be prepared for evaluation before a business becomes a client. It does not imply that the featured business commissioned, approved or owns the concept. Advanced functionality, custom integrations or substantially larger development may require a separate quote.
COMPLIMENTARY WEBSITE BUILD
The initial website is built without an upfront development fee as part of the WPY service. WPY hosts and manages the website while the applicable service remains active.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled. A customer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual plans are charged upfront and provide 12 months of service for the price of 9. They renew automatically each year until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid annual period.
REFUNDS
Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused subscription time.
AFTER CANCELLATION
The website remains active through the end of the paid billing period. After that period, WPY may stop hosting and managing it. Website and customer data will not be immediately deleted solely because a subscription ends.
TRANSFER OR BUYOUT
Complimentary development does not automatically provide an independently transferable website after a minimal subscription period. A customer leaving WPY may request a website transfer or buyout. Eligibility, scope and pricing are determined separately for the specific project; no universal buyout price applies.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Photography, video, drone work, advertising, advanced SEO, social media, branding, e-commerce, booking systems, additional pages and other work may be quoted separately unless expressly included in a plan or written proposal.
FAILED PAYMENTS
A failed renewal enters a 7-day grace period while payment recovery is attempted. WPY does not immediately remove the website or delete customer data. If payment remains unresolved after the grace period, service may be suspended or prepared for offboarding.
